I have a vision and it is to provide quality, peer-reviewed scholarly research in all the disciplines of the social sciences, quickly and made freely available to all. To make my vision real will require the support of the academic and librarian community – for funding, for advocacy, for authors and for editors/reviewers.

I believe that Social Sciences Directory is a progressive, forward-looking solution to many of the problems that face scholarly publishing, and that academics, researchers, students and librarians should be able to benefit from the same opportunities as have become widely accepted in STM.
