Vantharith Oum is an advocate for free and open knowledge movements in Cambodia. His interests span from Open Data, Open Access, Open Licensing, Crowdsourcing Online Collaboration to micro-financing. He first got involved with the Open Source movement doing localization into Khmer language, the mother tongue and official language of Cambodia.
