Open knowledge leads to mature and enlightened citizens, it creates social and economic value and is, in our view, essential in a democratic state. Open knowledge is varied and can occur in any corners in our lives. We deal mainly with open government data (and with those who have yet to open ). These are official statistics, minutes of plenary, perquisites of deputies, household data from federal, state and local government and much more.
We use technology and serve interested communities in their work on projects and events in order to support the dissemination of open knowledge in Austria and around the world.
