We are acutely conscious of the importance of getting better at measuring what we do, and the impact our work has in the world. This is critical for us, not only to test our theory of change and assumptions, but also to measure the quality of our activities to make sure that our programme is subject to continuous improvement.

Therefore, in spring 2014 we began a series of Impact Case Studies. This is the second case study in that series.
